The beginning of Daisiescapes

Today I ran across this binder! This binder has traveled many miles! It was what I kept all my notes in during massage school, but more importantly is that quote!! I can’t tell you how many times that quote got me thru the long, hard days being burn out as a icu nurse just hoping for new beginnings as a massage therapist! (Circa 2017)

Fast forward 2020, the worst year of my life!

Working as an ICU nurse during covid, my hope of finishing massage school delayed because of the shut downs, losing my dad to an accident , but just days the accident, I took my final test and became licensed as a massage therapist … then my world truly fell apart, the final straw was losing my son Jesse! Broken, just truly broken, my heart will honestly never be the same!

The saying you grow thru what you go thru..I am not sure about growing, but I can tell you firsthand how events change you! The pain and the dark days almost define you. But somehow you just keep going. In the shadow of the darkness, a dim light shines bright enough for you to see a small path that reminds you of that business plan you came up with in massage school.. Daisiescapes!

Fast forward 2025.. the seasons of wellness!

Stepping away from ICU nursing and Western medicine in 2020 was a hard decision but truly the best one for my mental and emotional wellbeing!

This past summer I travelled out west, completed the bucket list all 50 states by age 50! The West was so good for my soul!

I attended the Young Living convention in Utah, which was such a rewarding experience!

I learned so much and especially was enlightened by the emotional connection with the essential oils.

I am so excited to add things like Raindrop and emotional release to my massage treatments at Daisiescapes🌼
